Essential criteria
The most common degree subjects among Dedalus employees are Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Clinical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering Management or equivalent, Physics, and Mathematics.
For Business Intelligence roles we also consider graduates in subjects such as Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
We also consider school leavers with a strong passion for IT or with proven experience gained on the job.
The recruitment process
The recruitment and selection process comprises of the following steps:

- Personal interview with the HR Directorate
- Technical assessment (for developers)
- Technical interview with the relevant department
- Final in-depth interview with HR Management
